What is a plant-based recipe?
Eating plant-based consists of focusing on creating foods primarily from plants including fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes, and beans. Plant-based recipes do not use animal products of any kind (e.g: meat, fish, dairy, eggs, etc).
I like your recipes, but there are certain foods you use that I dislike. Can I substitute those foods for different options?
Absolutely! The best part about cooking with plants is that they are super versatile. Feel free to add-in your favorite fruits and veggies and create your own plant-based recipe! If you would like some ideas on specific food replacements, I am happy to provide some ideas for whatever recipe you’d like to try.
I’d like to learn more about plant-based eating. What are some other resources?
