Fudgy Vegan Brownies

Completely vegan and made from scratch, these Fudgy Vegan Brownies will cure that chocolate sweet-tooth. These brownies are so rich and delicious, you’ll never look at store-bought brownie mix ever again. I prefer my brownies plain, but you can also add nuts, sprinkles, marshmallows, or any other toppings you prefer. Try them out for yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/2 cup melted vegan butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, milk and vanilla extract.
  3. In another large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Once combined, add this mixture to the first bowl of wet ingredients and stir well.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. In an 8×8 greased (or buttered) baking dish, spread the brownie batter evenly into it.
  6. Bake for 25-40 minutes, or until the middle no longer looks like raw batter.
  7. Once fully baked, let cool for 30 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
