Completely vegan and made from scratch, these Fudgy Vegan Brownies will cure that chocolate sweet-tooth. These brownies are so rich and delicious, you’ll never look at store-bought brownie mix ever again. I prefer my brownies plain, but you can also add nuts, sprinkles, marshmallows, or any other toppings you prefer. Try them out for yourself!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1/2 cup melted vegan butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, milk and vanilla extract.
- In another large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Once combined, add this mixture to the first bowl of wet ingredients and stir well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- In an 8×8 greased (or buttered) baking dish, spread the brownie batter evenly into it.
- Bake for 25-40 minutes, or until the middle no longer looks like raw batter.
- Once fully baked, let cool for 30 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
