Looking for the perfect side-dish to pair with a meal? How about a sweet and savory late-night snack? Either way, these sweet potato fries will not disappoint! I love sweet potato fries, but I think the best part is the dipping sauces. There are so many fun sauce combinations to try, but these are a few that I think pair PERFECTLY with these fries. Try them out for yourself!
Ingredients:
- 1 whole sweet potato
Sauce #1: Sweet Honey Mustard
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Sauce #2: Sriracha Ketchup
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sriracha
Sauce #3: Truffle Chipotle Aioli
- 1/4 cup avocado oil veganaise
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Truff Hot Sauce
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Peel 1 whole sweet potato and slice into strips. Lightly coat strips with avocado oil and a pinch of salt. Bake in air-fryer (350 degrees) for 15 minutes (or in a traditional oven on a baking sheet for 30 minutes) or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- To make the Sweet Honey Mustard sauce, combine mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, and red pepper flakes. Stir.
- To make the Sriracha Ketchup sauce, combine ketchup and sriracha. Stir.
- To make the Truffle Chipotle Aioli sauce, combine avocado oil veganaise, ketchup, Truff Hot Sauce, chili powder, and salt. Stir.
