Sweet Potato Fries with 3 Dipping Sauces

Looking for the perfect side-dish to pair with a meal? How about a sweet and savory late-night snack? Either way, these sweet potato fries will not disappoint! I love sweet potato fries, but I think the best part is the dipping sauces. There are so many fun sauce combinations to try, but these are a few that I think pair PERFECTLY with these fries. Try them out for yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole sweet potato

Sauce #1: Sweet Honey Mustard

  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Sauce #2: Sriracha Ketchup

  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sriracha

Sauce #3: Truffle Chipotle Aioli

Instructions:

  1. Peel 1 whole sweet potato and slice into strips. Lightly coat strips with avocado oil and a pinch of salt. Bake in air-fryer (350 degrees) for 15 minutes (or in a traditional oven on a baking sheet for 30 minutes) or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  2. To make the Sweet Honey Mustard sauce, combine mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, and red pepper flakes. Stir.
  3. To make the Sriracha Ketchup sauce, combine ketchup and sriracha. Stir.
  4. To make the Truffle Chipotle Aioli sauce, combine avocado oil veganaise, ketchup, Truff Hot Sauce, chili powder, and salt. Stir.
