Looking for a simple and easy veggie/chip dip for hosting your next summer party? Well, look no further! This vegan ranch dip is the perfect pairing for fresh cut veggies, chips, or on top of your favorite salad.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo (I use Follow Your Heart Avocado Oil Vegenaise)
- 1/8 cup dill pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine vegan mayo, dill pickle juice, dried dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir. *For thinner consistency of ranch dip, use more pickle juice*. Serve with chopped veggies, chips, or anything else your heart desires!
*Tip: Ranch dip will stay good in the fridge for 3-4 days. Be sure to just give it a stir every time you take it back out.*
