Smoothie Bowls

Perfect for a hot summer day, these smoothie bowls are sweet and refreshing! Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, these bowls are just as tasty as they are healthy. Feel free to make your own customized bowl, topped with your favorite types of fruits, nuts, and granola!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup oat milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • TOPPINGS: 1/4 cup granola, 1/4 cup fresh sliced strawberries, 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, 1/2 sliced banana

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine frozen mango, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, frozen banana, vanilla protein powder, oat milk, orange juice, and water. Blend until smooth. (*If needed- add more water to create desired consistency*).
  • Transfer to a bowl and add toppings (sliced strawberries, blueberries, bananas, granola, or whatever toppings you desire). Enjoy!
